These terms and conditions apply to all quotes, orders and deliveries by WM Building Solutions (Steenweg 162, 3870 Heers, CBE 0561.870.619, VAT BE 0561.870.619).

2. Quotes

All quotes are non-binding and indicative unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change due to raw material or transport cost fluctuations.

3. Prices and VAT

Prices are quoted exclusive of VAT; applicable VAT is shown separately. The applicable VAT rates depend on the nature of the goods and their destination.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are indicative. Delivery costs are calculated based on distance and volume and are communicated before confirmation. Risk passes on delivery to the agreed address.

5. Liability

Our liability is limited to direct damage and shall not exceed the invoiced value of the order concerned. We are not liable for indirect damage.

6. Applicable law and jurisdiction

Belgian law applies. In the event of a dispute, only the courts of the district of [district] have jurisdiction. (CONFIRM)
